Title: Drabbles Collection: itunes meme
Pairings: JongKey, G-Ri, G-TOP, KyuMin, JaeMin, OnTae, KiMin, YeWook
a/n: I know I'm like 1,000 years late on this, but I wanted to try. Some of the drabbles are complete fail, while I actually like others. I will leave it up to you to figure out which ones don't suck. haha.
Also, I included a youtube link to listen to the songs (if they had them on youtube...I have some weird shit on my ipod). I know you probably don't want to listen to my random ass music, but I really recommend listening to the songs to get more of a feel for the stories. But you obviously don't have to.

They were so close.
Yes, that had two meanings.
They were best friends. Nothing could come between them. Well, that’s what he thought.
And they were close. So close
to becoming more than that.
He’d known. He’d known that Key loved him. Even if he pretended he didn’t. He pretended until he was ready to accept it; ready to accept those feelings and accept his own in return.
But by the time that happened, it was too late.
He remembered the day that Key had come to his house. It was August; sticky and hot, and Key had shown up out of nowhere, standing on his front porch and grinning like his face was going to split in half.
“He finally asked me out, Jjong!” Key had exclaimed, jumping around like a love struck teenager in his front hall, “Jinki is my boyfriend now!”
And then Key had crushed him in a hug which he had to return, lest arouse suspicion.
It was that moment exactly when he knew that it was too late. What he had with Key; what he almost had was gone forever.
All because he’d waited too damn long.Dangerous and Sweet – Lenkawww.youtube.com/watch

Seungri felt the tears spilling over and trickling down his cheeks. He knew he shouldn’t be crying. It was an off-handed comment. In an interview. It didn’t mean anything.
When the journalist asked Jiyong if he was in a relationship and he’d said: “No, of course not. Nothing could ever mean as much to me as our music,”
Seungri felt his heart pinch.
He knew that Jiyong couldn’t tell the truth, but the assurance with which he’d stated his answer made the maknae’s heart feel like it was breaking.
The sudden knock at the door made him jump. He swiftly wiped away his tears before whoever was at the door came in, not wanting to be caught crying, especially over something so stupid.
“Ri?” Jiyong stuck his head in and immediately frowned, “What’s wrong? Why are you crying?”
“Nothing,” the younger replied as the leader stepped in and shut the door behind him.
“What is it?” he asked again, sitting down next to Seungri on the bed and putting his arm around him.
“The interview…” he said before he felt himself getting choked up again, his brain screaming obscenities at him from inside his head for being so damned sensitive, “When they asked if you were dating anyone…” a tear escaped, sliding down his cheek.
“Oh Ri,” Jiyong smiled, “Do you know how long it took me to stop getting upset when you’d describe your ideal girl on variety shows?”
“Really?” the younger asked, shocked that the almighty G-Dragon got upset over the same stupid shit that he did.
“Really,” Jiyong affirmed, nuzzling the other’s neck affectionately, “Just know that what I say when there are no cameras is the only thing you should take to heart. You know I love you.”
“I love you too,” Seungri responded, smiling. Perhaps hiding a relationship from the public eye wasn’t meant for overly sensitive people like the two of them, but he knew it would all pay off someday.Gun For Hire – HalfcockedHead Strong

He was getting really sick of it. Everyone telling him what to do, what to say, and more importantly what not
He really wasn’t the type of person who took orders well. And he definitely wasn’t good at holding back. It worked to some extent. His bluntness became part of his image, but he still had to filter what he said in public.
To be honest, it made him much more uncomfortable than he let on.
The others complained sometimes about the rules, but they really didn’t need to change themselves that much to fit into the image that was created for them.
He wondered sometimes if it would be easier to stop fighting so hard and let himself become what they wanted; to just lose himself to his image and be
exactly what they wanted him to be.
But he knew that would be impossible for him.
He was too stubborn to just give in like that.
He would fight to keep his identity; his true self locked safely away but perfectly preserved in a little crystal box inside.
He wouldn’t surrender that to them. Not ever.
They could cut his hair, dress him up, even in outfits that had hair attached (he shuddered at the thought of the Juliette concept), but he’d be damned if he’d let them change him.
Maybe his head-strong nature that his mother had always scolded him for was a good thing after all. That
would never change.

The club was tucked away, the entrance in a non-descript alleyway.
You had to know where it was to go.
It was dark inside; the music loud and the beat reverberating through the crowd on the dance floor.
It was where people went when they wanted to forget everything; wanted to forget that the outside world existed.
And he did.
It was too much; he hated his fucking job, his ex-girlfriend wouldn’t leave him alone, his friends were idiots, and his parents wouldn’t stop bugging him about getting married.
It was crowded inside; his head was swirling from the loud music and the plethora of fancy cocktails that he had drunk within the past half hour.
And then he saw him.
(he was just as shocked that a male had caught his attention, but at that point, he didn’t care).
His hair was bleach blonde- almost white- but it turned the colors of the lights that reflected off of it; one second it was pink, the next aqua, the next purple.
His eyes were surrounded by glitter; some of the sparkling flakes dropping down to his cheekbones, making him look like an ethereal being.
His pants were tight and his neck line was low, showing off his slender hips and defined collar bones.
Seunghyun was directly in front of him before he knew he had gotten up from his seat.
The blonde looked up at him, eyes curious, but not alarmed.
He quirked an eyebrow and Seunghyun thought that simple gesture took all that was left of his sanity.
But if that was the price of having his lips over those of the smaller man, their bodies pulled flush against each other as the music shook the floor under their feet, then he knew it was well worth it.
If sanity got him his current life; the reality outside this haven, then he had no need for it.
If it was insane to end up in the bathroom, his body sliding against that of the beautiful stranger’s, the sound of the other’s moans overlapping the music that filtered in through the walls, then he would opt for that any day.
As he felt himself barrel over the edge, the technicolor flashes behind his eyelids mimicking the shades that danced across the other’s hair, he hoped that the sun would stay down so he didn’t have to go back. Now That You’re Here – Ginger Slingwww.youtube.com/watchAll I Have Is All I Need

It had been three months. Three long months. And they were finally over.
He was coming back. Finally
Sure, his friends had kept him company during that time. Sungmin knew he’d have to make sure that Eunhyuk and Shindong knew how much they’d helped him.
But right now, all that he could think about was that any second now, Kyuhyun was going to walk through that door. He was going to come through the threshold, probably be assaulted by the other members, but then he’d make his way over to Sungmin who was leaning against the wall to keep his legs from shaking.
He would drop his bag and capture his lips in a mind-blowing kiss (although not too
mind blowing since the other members would still be around), his long fingers tracing his cheekbones tenderly as they both became dizzy from lack of air.
Sungmin would tell Kyuhyun how much he’d missed him and Kyuhyun would reply, either sarcastically if anyone else was in earshot, or earnestly, his hands grasping Sungmin’s waist tightly if they weren’t.
Then they’d leave, walking hand in hand down the sidewalk under the warm sun, talking about what they’d been doing over the past three months (although they’d talked about it over the phone, it wasn’t the same) or perhaps they’d walk in silence, just soaking up each other’s company.
By the time the sun was setting, they would find a park and curl up together on a bench, watching the pink sky fade to a deep blue as they whispered how much they loved each other, only loud enough for each other to hear.
Of course, it was actually raining that day, they had a schedule that evening, and Sungmin couldn’t keep his knees from trembling no matter how much of his weight he rested on the wall behind him, but none of that really mattered. He knew that none of that would matter once Kyuhyun was there.A Loaded Smile – Adam Lambertwww.youtube.com/watchBarely Hanging On

He loved him. To be with him was all he ever wanted.
Back when he was a teenager, he would have given anything to be with the older man.
He had always admired him. He would have been crazy not to. He was beautiful
. He had such style. And he was such an amazing singer.
That night when he was 20 and drunk, stumbling up to the older man and kissing him, he had never expected the other to return his feelings. He’d just wanted to kiss those lips once and he planned to claim he didn’t remember in the morning.
But when he felt the other wrap his muscular arms around him and kiss him back fervently, somehow everything fell into place.
The next few years had been bliss. They were inseparable and Changmin thought that nothing would change that.
But then one night Jaejoong had come to him with the idea of suing SM, and everything had started to unravel.
The older man had begged him to join the three of them, but Changmin couldn’t bring himself to leave everything that he’d worked for. He understood the other’s reasoning, but he didn’t want a part in it.
They swore that they’d make it work. They swore to talk as often as possible and they’d see each other whenever they could.
But then SM forbid them from doing so, knowing exactly what they were doing to them.
And it just got worse.
The media was going crazy. Their management was going crazy. They
were going crazy.
It was all so much. And the strained relationship was only causing more pain for Changmin. He didn’t even know if Jaejoong was doing as poorly as he was since they weren’t able to be in contact.
He didn’t think he could take it much more.
He needed more than this; more than just knowing that the other was out there somewhere, maybe
in as much pain as he was.
Life was changing.
He didn’t know if they’d survive.Pumpkin Soup – Kate Nashwww.youtube.com/watchI Just Want Your Kiss

It had all started at a party. Eunhyuk had dragged him out to celebrate the fact that finals were over, complaining that Sungmin spent all of his time alone in his dorm room playing guitar or studying. But now that he didn’t have studying as an excuse, Eunhyuk had absolutely insisted
that he come to his friend Donghae’s apartment for the end-of-finals party that he was having.
When they’d arrived, Eunhyuk had immediately disappeared, apparently running off to find Donghae, so Sungmin had wandered into the living room alone, deciding that he’d watch the action from the couch and maybe Eunhyuk would come find him eventually.
Not five minutes later, a boy who looked about his age (and was extremely handsome in Sungmin’s opinion) had sat down next to him, introducing himself as Kibum. Sungmin had returned the gesture and the two spent the next hour or so talking about everything and nothing.
Somehow, Sungmin found himself leading the boy away from the party, back to his empty dorm room, telling him that he’d teach him the guitar. As if he could just teach the guy to play guitar at one a.m.
And then they’d ended up on Sungmin’s bed, a tangle of limbs, as they kissed each other senseless, hips rocking at an eager pace, the friction of their clothed arousals against one another driving them both mad.
If Eunhyuk hadn’t walked in as they were both shirtless with their mouths practically glued together, Sungmin thinks that they probably would have kept going, which shocked him. He never
does this kind of thing.
Not to mention the fact that, while he quite liked Kibum, he didn’t want a relationship with him. But he did
want to finish what they started. In fact, memories of the other’s kiss was haunting him, distracting him when he was supposed to be doing homework or listening to a lecture.
They’d exchanged numbers, so the two had been texting back and forth since the incident, but Sungmin had no idea what any of it meant.
Were they friends? Did Kibum want to continue their escapades as well?
Then he began hearing from Eunhyuk who heard from Donghae who heard from Kibum that the latter really liked Sungmin.
And that was when Sungmin began to feel like a terrible person. If the other really liked him, he shouldn’t be leading him on just so they could hook up again.
…But he really
craved Kibum’s kiss.Disappear – The Halo FriendliesFar Away

Somehow Onew always found himself convinced by Taemin to stay up late, after the other members were asleep, cuddling on the couch and whispering about god knows what. He knew they should be sleeping, but the maknae had the ability to make him stop thinking rationally.
Their favorite thing to whisper about was their secret fantasy: running away to live together in the country.
They’d just hop in the car and drive away, blasting music the whole tine and singing their lungs out, not caring whether they sounded any good or not.
When they got there, they’d buy a little house with lots of land where they’d have beautiful gardens. Neither of them actually knew how to garden, but they figured that was just a technicality.
They’d have a little store in the nearest village. They hadn’t been able to decide upon what exactly they’d sell, but they knew the shop would be enough to buy themselves food.
They would walk around the town, hand in hand, and people would know them and comment on what a lovely couple they were. Even though two men in a relationship was still a bit unconventional, they’d win over the townspeople with their charming personalities and their perfect manners.
And at night, they’d curl up in bed together, but never go to sleep right away because they would just want to lie in each other’s embrace for a bit; whispering sweet nothings to one another, similar to what they were doing now.

The second he saw him- his feline eyes scanning the room and his mouth curved into a knowing smile- he knew that he was a goner.
Their first conversation was an argument.
That ended with them in the corner of a dark room, sweaty and moving against one another; the feelings over ecstasy rolling over their skin overtaking any fear they might have had of getting caught.
Their second conversation wasn’t much more civil, but somehow Jonghyun found himself splayed naked across his bed, his sanity being sucked out quite effectively by the other’s deadly lips and tongue.
They continued on like that: fighting until they couldn’t hold back and then sinking into each other like two people who were deprived of water and then thrown into a lake.
And it always ended the same way, with Jonghyun a writhing, trembling mess with only one thought running through his head: he would love Kim Kibum until the day that he died.Sunrise – In the Heights Original Broadway Castwww.youtube.com/watchPromise Me

The two stood at the window in their room, staring out at the sun peeking up over the horizon. The light filtering into the room illuminated their activities of the night before; the sheets and blankets on Ryeowook’s bed tangled in a heap on the floor, a metallic wrapper near the top of the garbage can, their clothes scattered everywhere.
It had been a spontaneous act, but not unexpected. The feelings between them had been growing continuously until they finally exploded the night before during the blackout; the lack of light somehow shrouding their guilt even from themselves.
But now it was morning and it was light.
There was no more pretending.
“What now?” Ryeowook finally had the courage to ask, his voice soft and low as if any sound would further shatter their own world that they had created in the room.
“We just keep going,” Yesung replied, his voice equally as low, husky from lack-of-sleep.
“Together?” Ryeowook asked timidly, unsure of what the other meant.
“Of course,” Yesung stated, the surety in his words shining through the soft volume.
“But what will everyone say?”
“It doesn’t matter. I don’t care what they say,” Yesung responded, an almost angry forcefulness behind his words.
“Promise me,” the older boy suddenly said, turning to Ryeowook and grasping his shoulders, “Promise me that you’ll stay with me beyond the sunrise.”
“I-I promise,” Ryeowook swore, the stuttering only resulting from the fierce determination in his lover’s eyes.
“I will never leave you, no matter what happens,” Yesung murmured, wrapping his arms around the petite frame of the other boy, hugging him to his chest.
And they stayed like that, watching the sun come up, shining into their eyes. But they didn’t blink.
