Summary: Jiyoon manages to make Gayoon’s brain completely cease to function normally.
a/n: I'm so sorry I've been MIA. Last week was finals week and Saturday was the final deadline for the SHINee Secret Santa fics. But I have been writing, I promise! I'm working on a couple of longer one-shots that I'm pretty excited about, so hopefully you won't have to wait too much longer. Thanks for sticking with me! ♥
Gayoon was only half paying attention to the conversations being held around her as she waited for the professor to arrive. It was the week before finals and all she wanted to do was get back to her dorm to write the paper that was due tomorrow. Sitting here, waiting for a chronically late professor wasn’t exactly a good use of her time.
“I was talking about this with my fashion history class yesterday that it’s becoming more acceptable for women to wear men’s clothes. It’s considered sexy even,” one of the girls near her said, always the one to think that she knew everything before anyone else. And though Gayoon sometimes wore men’s blazers with shorts, the first person that came to her mind in light of this discussion was Jiyoon. She leaned forward in her seat a bit, catching her friends’ eye and smiling.
“Oh yeah,” another girl nodded, “boyfriend cardigans, boyfriend jeans…”
“I saw a girl last year walking around in a men’s oversized dress shirt belted and worn as a dress,” the first girl piped up again, “Men think it’s sexy because it looks like she just rolled out of bed and put the man’s clothes on to cover up.”
The other girls were nodding enthusiastically at this, but Gayoon had to admit to herself that the reason just given for why men’s clothes were sexy was not why she thought they were.
She glanced over at Jiyoon again, eyeing the other girl’s loose jeans and somewhat over-sized v-neck t-shirt. Though the girl was a bit of a tomboy, she still looked absolutely stunning wearing less girly clothes. And that
“Yeah, I wear guys’ clothes all the time,” Jiyoon finally jumped in. The other girls nodded appreciatively, but moved on to another topic that Gayoon didn’t particularly care about because Jiyoon was now talking about how she even wore men’s briefs sometimes. Gayoon almost choked.
“Huh?” she asked, scooting closer so she could hear better over the other conversations happening simultaneously.
“Yeah, I love them,” Jiyoon told her, “They’re so comfortable.”
“How are they cut?” Gayoon questioned, truly curious beyond the fact that her heart was pounding in her chest.
“Just to mid-thigh,” Jiyoon shrugged, pulling up her shirt a bit and pulling at the waistband over her underwear out over the tops of her jeans to show the wide grey elastic band that was stitched onto purple cotton. Gayoon felt all of her muscles contract suddenly. She squeezed her thighs together and tried to keep the mental images at bay.
“Is there…you know…extra space?” Gayoon finally said, blushing.
“A little bit…they’re not uncomfortable though,” Jiyoon told her, looking into her eyes with the gaze that made Gayoon feel her breath catch in her throat, “That’s kind of what’s sexy about them…like you don’t need to fill that part to be sexy.”
Gayoon nodded, her cheeks flushed and her breath coming quickly. And when the teacher walked in right then, she wasn’t sure whether she was thankful that she didn’t have to reply coherently to Jiyoon or if she was disappointed that their exchange was over.
What she did
know was that, no matter how hard she tried to focus on anything else, all she could do was picture Jiyoon in those underwear. In nothing but
She was so screwed.
