Summary: In which Jaejoong is persistent and Changmin is stubborn.
“Just admit it.”
“You know it’s true,” Jaejoong taunted, “Just admit that I’m the most attractive man that you’ve ever met.”
,” Changmin said forcefully, trying his hardest to concentrate on the book he was reading despite the fact that Jaejoong was lying at the foot of his bed and pestering him.
“Why not?” Jaejoong pouted, sitting up and staring at him intently until Changmin was forced to return the attention.
“Because I don’t like men.”
“Okay, well…what if you did
?” Jaejoong pressed.
“I don’t,” Changmin affirmed stubbornly.
“There is no ‘if’.”
Changmin just scoffed, turning his attention back to his book.
Jaejoong was quiet a moment, thinking.
“Okay, so as a man who likes women,” Jaejoong spoke a couple of minutes later, persistence back with full force, “Do you admit that I’m the most attractive man you’ve ever met?”
“What is that even supposed to mean
?” Changmin asked, looking up from his book with annoyance.
“You can still appreciate if a man is attractive even if you don’t like men,” Jaejoong reasoned.
“Well, I don’t.”
“It’s not possible
for you to be completely blind to how attractive males are whether you like them or not!”
“I don’t like men,” Changmin restated, eyes on his book, though he was absorbing none of the words on the page at the moment.
Jaejoong sighed and got up from the bed, adjusting his t-shirt.
“I just wanted you to admit that I’m the most attractive male you’ve ever met,” Jaejoong told him, “I wasn’t implying that you were gay. I never thought you were.”
“Thank you, hyung,” Changmin said with relief, glad that it looked as though this conversation was finally drawing to a close.
“I never did,” Jaejoong repeated, “I do now
“Your unwillingness to even admit that another man is attractive makes me think you have something to hide,” Jaejoong informed a horrified and gaping Changmin, “If you ever want to talk about it, or do
something about it,” he added with a leer, “let me know.”
With that, Jaejoong left Changmin’s room to go bother someone else, leaving Changmin speechless on his bed. He was pretty positive that there was no way
that he’d be able to concentrate on his book now.
